Meadowbrook Apartments

Had a showing here earlier in the week. Place is beautiful! All of the amenities they have are nice and well maintained. Leasing staff was super friendly as well as the passing neighbors and maintenance crew we happened to see while touring. Apartments are spacious. It was about to start snowing and maintenance was already prepping for the worst. Just applied! Hopefully can call this place home soon.

I had been searching for an apartment for months before I decided to come and check Meadowbrook out. We got off to a rocky start, but Taquoia stepped in and sealed the deal! She has been amazing throughout this process. All the ladies in the leasing office have been so professional, kind and helpful. I’m looking forward to creating many new memories here!

My fiancé and I have been living at Meadowbrook in Huntingdon Valley, PA for the past year and absolutely love this place for many reasons: ✧ Everyone in the community is very friendly, including the Meadowbrook staff members. ✧ I’m always amazed by how peaceful and quiet it is (especially considering how many people live here). ✧ It’s easy and convenient to drive in and out of the community, and there’s always plenty of parking. ✧ Any time we’ve put in a maintenance request, staff members arrive quickly and go above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure that any issues are fixed. ✧ The outdoor amenities around the community (such as the pool, playground, dog park, walking paths, and gardens) are always maintained with high-quality care. If you’re considering renting a place in Huntingdon Valley and want a top-notch, family and pet-friendly experience, I highly recommend choosing Meadowbrook! The staff and neighbors really go above and beyond to make it a cozy, welcoming, safe, and vibrant place to live.

Taquoia was such a great host showing me the Meadowbrook community and available apartments within my budget. She was so friendly and offered great insights about not only working there but also being a resident herself. I really appreciated that she has a pet dog and could tell me what her experience has been as a pet owner. This community is very pet friendly and everyone is so nice in the clubhouse.
